BECOME PART OF THE TEAM

Are you a creative, open-minded person looking for a challenging and varied job in a renowned architecture firm? Team spirit and a pleasant working atmosphere are just as important to you as professional advancement? In an emergency, you’d even jump out of bed at night for your clients? Then all our doors are open to you! Take the next step and apply for one of the following positions:

HAVE AN ADVENTURE WITH US!

We aren’t only an invincible team in the office and on the construction site! We only work together so successfully because we also have a lot of fun together. For example, at our annual skiing holiday in Saalbach Hinterglemm. Here we hit the slopes during the day and spend cosy cottage evenings together.

Work hard, party hard: summer barbecues, team outings and the traditional Christmas party are other annually recurring events in the Homann calendar that create shared experiences and build team spirit.

Our team keeps fit with qualitrain

It’s also important to us that we are all fit, healthy and active. Only those who do something for themselves and their bodies stay productive and creative! Our employees can lease e-bikes at special discounts, and we are a partner of the company fitness provider qualitrain. This allows our employees to keep fit in more than 4,000 high-quality sports, fitness and wellness facilities – from yoga studios to swimming pools to climbing gyms – at extremely low prices, or to train flexibly in online courses.

Of course we also offer a wide range of in-house training courses – from BIM workshops for planners to legal training for construction managers. Our employees attend seminars at the Chamber of Architects and, last but not least, can complete the trainer aptitude test in order to help train young talent themselves. With us, you have every opportunity to develop yourself and take on responsibility!

The leasing of e-bikes or e-load bikes is subsidized by a grant from the BMU (Ministry of the Environment).

Further information on the grant can be found here.
