BIM planning method brings high process reliability. Based on the design and approval planning, we use our CAD and Autodesk software to develop specific drawings of your object and discuss the details for each room with the client – right down to the number and positioning of electrical sockets. Thanks to the BIM planning method, we can make very accurate forecasts for building material requirements and make them directly available to the construction partners via a software interface. Thus we ensure that all parties involved have access to the same comprehensive and up-to-date data, making processes less prone to error while speeding them up.
Participation in the procurement process. BIM also enables us to create realistic tenders and specifications for the contractors and workshops. Together with the client, we determine which companies should be asked to submit a bid. In the case of public buildings – for example administrative or educational buildings – the framework in which the procurement process must be published is specified. We answer questions from interested companies and service providers, compare bids and pass on our recommendations to the client, who obviously makes the final decision on awarding the contract.
Site supervision and project management: you can leave your construction site with us. Of course we are also present on the construction site and take over all tasks of site supervision/project coordination and project management. We set up the construction site and coordinate the processes and trades. We instruct contractors and check their results: Were all services performed in accordance with the specifications from the building permit? Have identified defects been properly remedied? Are already received invoices correct? We also pay particular attention to ensuring that the time-schedule we have drawn up is adhered to. Even if something unforeseen happens: We always keep a cool head.
