OUR CREATIVE HEART ALSO BEATS IN DÜSSELDORF!

Developing outstanding architectural concepts off the beaten track – that is the métier of our creatives from Düsseldorf. In the metropolis on the Rhine, Stanley Reich and his team take care of everything that requires a particular instinct for trends, harmonious proportions, shapes and colours. With their incredible imagination, they create buildings and spaces in their heads, which they then create on the sketchpad or computer.

Stanley Reich and his colleagues are our experts for designs, studies and competitions, and thus ideally complement our expertise, which for a long time was mainly in the technical-coordinating space. With their innovative approaches, they have already been successful in many competitions. One focus of their work is on the fashion sector, where they have developed and designed complete store concepts and showrooms. But the team also has plenty of experience in the food/gastronomy/canteen sectors, with hotels, cultural buildings, libraries and educational institutions, as well as leisure facilities.

In addition, our Düsseldorf team offers Homann clients a wide range of services: We prepare your plans for marketing purposes, develop suitable brochures, internet pages, videos or augmented reality applications.

ALWAYS DELIVER MORE THAN EXPECTED

For Stanley Reich and his team, the joy of design and the corresponding skills go far beyond the composition of buildings and rooms. The creative team also designs individual pieces of furniture and accessories – such as armchairs or lamps – for their customers, which perfectly match their corporate design, support their brand image and set visual accents in sales rooms, in the company offices or at trade fair booths.

Stanley Reich is rarely found without his drawing pencil. His brain brims with countless ideas that he has to get down on paper as soon as possible. In his more than 35 years of professional experience, including 12 years as an independent architect, the Düsseldorf native has made a name for himself as a creative mind throughout the industry and plays in the top league. He has been working for Homann Architects since the fall of 2020 and has put together a powerful team in a very short time. His motto: Always deliver more than expected.

WE MAKE CITIES GREENER

While our company has long distinguished itself primarily through a great deal of expertise in the technical planning and implementation of projects, we have taken the creative side of our work to a new level with our Creativestudio and deepened this facet of our spectrum of expertise.

But the Creativestudio in Düsseldorf also ideally complements Homann Architects in other respects: While the roots of our architectural office lie in Brilon in the Sauerland, and thus in the midst of extensive nature, the city of Düsseldorf radiates a different energy, characterized by metropolitan lifestyle. As Homann Architects, we are at home in both worlds and combine their advantages in our work: the pulsating dynamics, the bustle and diversity of the big city meet the authenticity, honesty and relaxation of country life.

Both worlds offer us valuable impulses for our work. It is precisely the contrasts that inspire us. Our goal is therefore to fill the architectural intersection between natural country idyll and modern urbanity with life. In practice, we succeed in achieving this symbiosis by, for example, incorporating green roofs and facades or natural building materials into our planning, or by creating green oases for relaxation in the midst of large cities. At the same time, we draw inspiration from urban trends and the urban lifestyle for projects in rural environments.
