This is ensured by our creative studio in Düsseldorf, which specializes in the creative development of building and store concepts and their interior design. Stanley Reich and his team have come up with exceptional designs that have already won many competitions.
When we participate in competitions and tender procedures, we first look at the building site and its surroundings: What is special and distinctive about it? To do this, we systematically analyse the neighbourhood and the entire district in which the building is to be constructed.
Before we design the floor plan at the computer, we know exactly how the site is to be accessed and how the later building is to be oriented, how individual elements can be arranged economically and functionally, and much more. All these preliminary considerations are included in our design, which we later print out as a high-quality 3D model. Pictures and graphics showing the planned interior design of the property complete the overall impression.

SURVEYS: WHAT IS FEASIBLE AND ECONOMICAL?
If it’s already decided that we will plan your building and coordinate its construction, many questions need to be clarified in advance: What is generally possible and permitted? What kind of building is profitable on a plot of land? What factors do we have to take into account so that commercial work can be done in your property?
In order to find answers to these questions we conduct feasibility, profitability and economic surveys together with appropriate specialists. The results of these studies form the basis for the subsequent architecture and construction methods. Creative aspects already play a role here, too, and you as our client will receive expressive drawings of building fronts and details which we have produced with all our vast reserves of creativity and loving attention to detail.
