Would you like to know how to use and develop your property in the best possible way? You can rely on our expertise. In our Homann Development division, we analyse whether an office building, apartments for assisted living, or a hotel are suitable for your property and its future perspective. In doing so, we take into account urban development aspects and local demand – for example, in the healthcare or retail sectors – as well as the expected construction costs and the local rent index. We find the best option for you – and implement it from A to Z.

Homann Development Baustelle

From concept to realization – everything from one source

We offer our support from initial analysis to leasing. If desired, we can assemble a complete package; from analysis and concept development, over concrete construction planning and implementation, to marketing and leasing your building. If required, we can also draw on the expertise of our partners: In legal matters, we are assisted by lawyer Cornelius Homann. For questions concerning tax and economic aspects, we work closely with tax advisor Benedikt Lenze from PST Steuerberatung. In addition, we cooperate with various local real estate agencies, which ensure an attractive presentation and marketing of your building. In this way, we can offer our clients all services from a single source and thus a true “all-round carefree package”. It is important to us to involve our customers in all decision-making processes at every stage of the project. Naturally, we ensure maximum transparency – especially with regard to costs.

Best possible capital investment for our clients. We want to make sure that we find the best possible solution for you so that you invest optimally. Therefore, at the beginning of our cooperation, we usually conduct a comprehensive study in which we analyse and evaluate the given conditions with regard to the property, the immediate surroundings and the wider environment: Which local regulations for new buildings or the conversion of existing buildings need be taken into account? What is the urban infrastructure like? What rental income can be expected – today and in the long term? These and other aspects are incorporated into the subsequent creative design process.
