For questions concerning tax and economic aspects, we work closely with tax advisor Benedikt Lenze from PST Steuerberatung. In addition, we cooperate with various local real estate agencies, which ensure an attractive presentation and marketing of your building. Therefore, at the beginning of our cooperation, we usually conduct a comprehensive study in which we analyse and evaluate the given conditions with regard to the property, the immediate surroundings and the wider environment: Which local regulations for new buildings or the conversion of existing buildings need be taken into account? What is the urban infrastructure like? What rental income can be expected – today and in the long term? These and other aspects are incorporated into the subsequent creative design process.
