Renovation and redesign of existing buildings spans all our fields of activity – residential buildings from the 1970s, hospitals that are to be expanded, or hotels in need of modernization. The supreme discipline in the development on existing buildings is historic preservation. Here we have extensive experience in the refurbishment of old mills, manor houses or half-timbered buildings. <\/p>\n

A majority of our projects focus on optimally combining old and new – in short: the extension or expansion of existing buildings or building complexes. Before we start with the conversion or renovation of existing buildings, we want to understand the respective building in depth. Therefore, the first step is always to look at the existing inventory documents and documentations. Based on this, we carry out our own status analysis, which is accompanied by a 3D measurement by our Homann Measurement division. We compare the results of our analyses and measurements with the later requirements and use them to develop a precisely tailored target concept for the property.<\/p>\n
